Sûr is an overlay tool that works with your existing Uber driver app.

  • Download the secure Driver APK file directly from our server.
  • When prompted, allow installation from "Unknown Sources."
  • Open the app and grant Accessibility and Overlay permissions. These are critical—they allow Sûr's "Ghost Hand" to read incoming pings and safely manage the screen for you.

2Create Your Account & Wallet

Setup takes less than two minutes. Because we piggyback off the major corporate networks, if you are cleared to drive for them, you are cleared to drive for us.

  • Verify: Enter your email to receive a secure One-Time Password (OTP).
  • Invisible Web3: Sûr automatically generates a secure Solana digital wallet tied to your account. You don't need to know anything about crypto to use it.
  • Club Membership: Cryptographically sign the 501(c)(7) Mutual Aid Cooperative Agreement. You are now officially a member-owner of the network.

3The Intercept (How to Earn)

You do not need to wait around staring at the Sûr app. You just drive normally.

  • Keep the Sûr app active in the background and go online with Uber.
  • When an Uber ping hits your screen, Sûr reads the payout and cross-references our network in milliseconds.
  • If the rider is a Sûr member, an overlay will instantly pop up offering you the Sûr Price—which is always higher than the corporate payout.
  • Tap the green "Accept Sûr Ride" button. Sûr's Ghost Hand will automatically decline the Uber ping for you, clearing your screen and launching our private navigation map.

4The Ride & Escrow

You never have to worry about a rider not having funds. Sûr uses automated smart-contract escrows.

  • The moment you tap "Accept", the exact fare amount is cryptographically locked in the rider's wallet.
  • Follow the Sûr map to the exact pickup coordinates, and drive them to their destination.
Zero Race Conditions: If two drivers get the same ping at the same time, our Redis backend guarantees the ride goes to the first driver to tap "Accept." You will never drive to a pickup only to find the ride was given to someone else.

5Instant Final Payouts

The corporate model holds your money for a week, or charges you a fee to cash out early. Sûr changes that completely.

  • When you arrive at the destination, tap "Confirm Drop-Off."
  • The smart contract instantly executes. $1.00 goes to the cooperative for server costs, and 100% of the remaining fare drops immediately into your Sûr wallet.
  • Your earnings are held in USDC (a digital token pegged exactly to the US Dollar).
  • You can withdraw your USDC directly to your bank account at any time, with zero waiting periods.
