Unlike traditional rideshare corporations that take a 30-50% cut of every fare, Sûr simply connects riders directly with drivers for a flat $1.00 network fee. This means riders pay less, and drivers earn significantly more.

By structuring as a 501(c)(7) private mutual aid cooperative, we bypass the need to generate corporate profits. The network exists solely for the benefit and economic enrichment of its members. When you use Sûr, you aren't a customer or an independent contractor - you are a member of a private club sharing costs and resources.

Currently, our network is strictly limited to Pennsylvania, operating outside of Philadelphia. Our primary launch focus and highest driver density is in the Allegheny County / Greater Pittsburgh area. We will expand to other regions as our membership base grows.

No! That is the magic of Sûr. You simply install our Android app, set up your account, and leave it running in the background. When you need a ride (or want to drive), you just use your standard Uber app normally.

Sûr securely monitors the screen. If a rider requests an Uber, and a nearby Sûr driver receives that exact ping, our app instantly pops up on both screens offering a better "Sûr Price" that splits the corporate markup between you.

When you look at an Uber fare, that price includes a massive corporate markup. If a Sûr driver is matched to your request, we intercept the ping, calculate what the driver was going to be paid, and offer you a price right in the middle. You instantly save money compared to the original fare, while the driver still earns more than the standard payout.

Keep the Sûr app running in the background while you drive for Uber. If you receive an Uber ping from a fellow Sûr member, our app will instantly calculate the "Sûr Split" and present you with a green "Accept Sûr Ride" button. You earn more on the exact same route, and payouts are instant.

Traditional credit card processors charge high fees and take days to settle. By using the Solana blockchain and USDC (a stablecoin perfectly pegged to the US Dollar), Sûr achieves three things:

1. Instant Payouts: The second a ride ends, funds are cryptographically deposited into the driver's wallet. No waiting for weekly deposits.
2. Zero Middlemen: Sûr never holds your money. Funds are moved peer-to-peer via smart contracts.
3. Immutable Trust: Every transaction is securely ledgered on the blockchain, ensuring total transparency.

Not at all. We use embedded wallet technology. When you sign up using your email or phone number, a secure Solana wallet is automatically generated for you in the background. You just fund your account with a standard credit/debit card (for riders) or withdraw your earnings directly to your bank (for drivers). It feels exactly like using a normal app.

Yes. USDC is one of the most regulated and audited stablecoins in the world, backed 1:1 by real US Dollars and short-term US Treasuries. Our smart contracts use an "Escrow" system: when a ride is accepted, the rider's funds are locked. They are only released to the driver when the drop-off is cryptographically confirmed, protecting both parties from fraud.
