SÛR RIDESHARE CLUB

1. Our Mission: Affordable Ridesharing

Sûr operates as a 501(c)(7) non-profit cooperative dedicated to providing affordable rideshare options while ensuring drivers are fairly compensated for their labor.

2. Membership Tiers & Access

Sûr functions as a Private Association. Access remains a privilege, not a right. We do not hold out our services to the indefinite public under 66 Pa. C.S. § 102. Enrollment requires a unique Access Code from a referring Member.

Provisional Membership

  • The trial period covers the first 25 rides (acting as either a rider or driver).

Full Membership

  • Upon completing 25 rides one obtains full membership in Sûr.
  • Each full member has one vote regarding Sûr governance.

Premium Membership

  • Upon completing 500 rides, or upon remittance of a $250 one-time fee, one obtains premium membership in Sûr.
  • Benefits of premium membership include automated prioritization during high-demand windows.
  • Premium members may also vote on surplus allocation.

3. Onboarding

  • The Web Page: New members must input an Access Code provided by their referrer.
  • Terms and Conditions: All incoming members must sign a cryptographic agreement binding them to the official Terms and Conditions.
  • Solana Wallet: Upon software installation, new members will be prompted to generate a Solana wallet to facilitate the transfer of USDC stablecoins.
  • Bad Faith Clause: Any attempt by non-members or agents of competing platforms to acquire an access code through purchase or deception constitutes fraud and trespass. Sûr retains the right to seek damages and permanent injunctions against such actors.

4. Financials: The "Sûr-Plus" Model

We operate Sûr as a professional entity. We hire experts rather than expecting martyrs.

  • Fair Compensation: Sûr compensates its employees and drivers at Market Rates, calculated against top-tier legacy competitors. We compete purely on efficiency, rather than on suppressed wages.
  • The Flat Fee: Every completed trip contributes exactly $1.00 to the Association, after accounting for all applicable taxes, fees, and insurance coverages.

The "Buck-a-Ride" Allocation:

  • Staffing: Salaries covering protocol engineers, community managers, and legal counsel.
  • Application: Ongoing funding for the continuous development of the mobile apps.
  • Reinvestment: Any end-of-year surplus is reinvested into the association's reserves for continuing expansion.

5. Member Conduct

Sûr is dedicated to providing a premium ride experience for both drivers and riders. As such we have a zero-tolerance policy for unacceptable behavior.

Such unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to harassment, drug/alcohol use, not showing up for a ride, inappropriate vehicle condition.

Such behavior should be reported via our web portal and may result in immediate revocation of Sûr membership.
